Responsibilities & Context:
ভিজ্যুয়াল কনটেন্ট প্রোডাকশন আরও শক্তিশালী করার জন্য একজন দক্ষ Videographer নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে,
Job Responsibilities:
- Product, corporate এবং lifestyle ভিডিওগ্রাফি করা
- প্রফেশনাল ফটোগ্রাফি (product, event, model shoot) করা
- ভিডিও শুট পরিকল্পনা, শুটিং এবং ডিরেকশন দেওয়া
- ভিডিও এডিটিং (Reels, YouTube, Facebook Ads, Promotional videos)
- ফটো এডিটিং ও রিটাচিং (Adobe Photoshop / Lightroom)
- সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও মার্কেটিং কনটেন্ট তৈরি করা
- ব্র্যান্ড আইডেন্টিটির সাথে মিল রেখে ভিজ্যুয়াল কনটেন্ট তৈরি করা
- ক্যামেরা, লাইটিং ও স্টুডিও সেটআপ ম্যানেজ করা
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in videography/photography/content creation
- DSLR/Mirrorless camera এবং lighting setup সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Photoshop / Lightroom/ Capcut এ দক্ষতা
- Creative thinking এবং storytelling ability
- Social media content (Reels, Shorts, Ads) বানানোর অভিজ্ঞতা
- Teamwork এবং deadline মেনে কাজ করার মানসিকতা
- Portfolio/previous work show করা বাধ্যতামূলক
- Marketing content idea generate করার দক্ষতা
