Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or any relevant field preferred

• Age At least 18 years

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing

• Proven experience in videography, cinematography, and video editing

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software

• Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, camera movement, and audio recording

• Knowledge of cinematic shooting techniques and storytelling concepts

• Ability to operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and related accessories

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be considered an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Ability to travel outside the office for shoots when required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Portfolio submission is mandatory

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Drone operation skills

• Photography retouching skills

• Knowledge of social media trends and content optimization

• Experience in commercial/product photography

• Creative scripting and storyboard planning ability

• Conduct product shoots, corporate shoots, event coverage, interviews, and promotional video shoots

• Capture high-quality professional photography and videography content

• Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, vlogs, and documentary-style content

• Create engaging social media content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

• Handle camera, lighting, gimbal, microphone, and audio equipment professionally

• Develop creative storytelling-based video content aligned with brand identity

• Perform color correction, sound synchronization, motion graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for campaign planning and execution

• Ensure timely delivery of edited content while maintaining quality standards

• Organize and maintain video footage, project files, and media backups

• Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and social media content formats
