• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, English, Literature, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Age 22 to 40 years

Training in content creation, voice acting, digital media, broadcasting, or multimedia production will be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

A. Program Development and Coordination

1. Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating program activities.

2. Support program production and execution from concept development to final delivery.

3. Coordinate with presenters, guests, reporters, content creators, and production teams.

4. Maintain program schedules, production notes, and supporting documentation.

5. Assist in conducting background research for programs and special projects.

B. Content Creation

1. Develop original content for digital platforms, websites, social media, and program segments.

2. Prepare scripts, captions, storylines, and creative concepts.

3. Create informative, educational, and engaging multimedia content.

4. Adapt content for various audiences and communication platforms.

5. Contribute innovative ideas for new programs and audience engagement.

C. Voice Artist Responsibilities

1. Record voice-overs for programs, documentaries, promotional materials, public service messages, and digital content.

2. Participate in audio storytelling and narration projects.

3. Ensure professional voice quality, clarity, pronunciation, and presentation.

4. Collaborate with production teams during recording and post-production processes.

D. News, Report and Article Summarization

1. Review and analyze news reports, articles, research publications, policy documents, and other information sources.

2. Prepare concise summaries, briefs, and content digests for editorial and program use.

3. Extract key findings, trends, insights, and information from large volumes of content.

4. Produce audience-friendly summaries suitable for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms.

E. Content Curation

1. Monitor local and international news, current affairs, trends, and emerging topics.

2. Curate relevant content from credible sources for program development.

3. Organize and maintain content libraries and research archives.

4. Recommend topics and story ideas based on audience interests and current trends.

F. Original Content Production

1. Transform curated information into original articles, scripts, presentations, audio content, and multimedia productions.

2. Develop fact-based and creative content while maintaining editorial integrity.

3. Support the production of documentaries, talk shows, educational content, podcasts, and special features.

4. Ensure content aligns with GLINTOR's editorial standards and brand identity.

G. Administrative and Operational Support

1. Maintain records of program activities and production materials.

2. Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.

3. Assist in event management, field activities, and special assignments.

4. Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Program Officer or management.
