Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design and develop monitoring framework, undertake program operating plan consultation with team to carry out effective monitoring of different interventions, collect data information on relevant areas and keep the data base system updated
∎ To develop comprehensive data management system and central data base of the project activities especially child sponsorship and protection related information and capacity building interventions of PI structures (SHGs, CC, CLAs, Federation) and fills the drawbacks of field functionaries such as FAs and CVs.
∎ To develop monitoring protocol to facilitate overall project impact assessment based various qualitative and quantitative indicators
∎ To process the data obtained from various sources statistically, preserve all data as per KNH manual and prepare project reports as required by project management and donor partner
∎ To maintain liaison within and outside project stakeholders likeminded organizations regarding M&E and child development and protection issues
∎ To contribute in capturing of project impacts through preparing transformational and change stories
∎ Attend monthly staff management meetings and represent the project in NGO coordination meetings at Upazila and District level as required
∎ To coach / mentor program team/staff to properly document, organize and capture learning and program progress
∎ Facilitate, act as resource person, and join, if required any external supervision and evaluation team / mission.
∎ Ensure qualitative and quantitative data collection and data validation
∎ Provide feedback to field and update management for further improvement and smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Ensure monthly reporting for management, government, bi annual and annual program progress reporting for donor
∎ Contribute in program and budget revision, re-design and discharge other duties as required
∎ Assist program management to staff's yearly performance appraisals and development plan as observed in terms of their supports, cooperation and readiness towards implementing field activity monitoring and sponsorship management and administration
∎ To use motorcycle to monitor field activities and should have valid motorcycle driving license
∎ Establish strengthen and sustain working relationships with other child focused NGOs/INGOs bases in the target communities for appropriate involvement, sharing of information and resources and thereby can avoid multiple sponsorship of children
∎ Promote advocacy of children's rights within communities and by communities through organizing celebration of key days/events
∎ Develop advocacy training and support for the community and child groups/clubs to engage in local level advocacy.
