Job Responsibilities:
∎ To know the work is done timely and systematically and verify the quality of the program
∎ Helps to keep update records, registers and other necessary documents;
∎ Collect and provide program information within the stipulated time of the needs of the Management
∎ To inform the Management about the deviation of the program
∎ To verify the information of dead and fugitive borrows;
∎ Verify the progress of the program activity and ensure the quality of work;
∎ Explain the monitoring data in such a way that the Management can identify difficulties and make quick decisions;
∎ To provide real information to the management by investigating the complaint against the employees or anybody;
∎ Carry out any other tasks as may be considered necessary by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in Microenterprise/ Microfinance Monitoring

Salary:
∎ Tk. 21742 - 40233 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiated depending on the competency of candidates

∎ Each festival bonus is equivalent to one month basic salary

RDRS employees approximate 3,000 staff and works with a further approximately 3,000 volunteers and daily paid workers. The vast majority of staff are in field positions, with specialist sectoral and support units in Rangpur and Dhaka.
