Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to implement all monitoring and data management tasks for the Activity at field level.
∎ Support to build capacity of the field staffs for monitoring and collecting data from field level
∎ Regularly track the data collection and support the troubleshooting of data collection from field level.
∎ Regular field visit to project working upazilas to monitor the field interventions and validated data from field level.
∎ Support to conduct regular data quality assurance in community and school level
∎ Contribute to the review, and update of the field level monitoring plan.
∎ Ensure adherence to USAID, RTI, and industry best practice, regulations, and standards on data quality, data management, and equity- and inclusion-sensitive data collection.
∎ Ensure auditable documentation and data trail for all Activity indicators.
∎ Lead the implementation, and use of electronic (web or mobile) data collection and KOBO platform.
∎ Coordinate with partners for gathering data and reports within the reporting timelines (for quarterly and annual report).
∎ Support to Technical Team and Partner with necessary information from the MIS and GIS Data Collection.
∎ Work closely with other team members to identify appropriate ways to publicize and disseminate data.
∎ Support to organize workshop, events and reflection sessions related to MERLA Team.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Data Management and Adaptive Implementation Manager
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge of designing and successfully implementing monitoring and data management tasks.
∎ Proven track record and exception skills in program monitoring, assessment, and data management.
∎ Experienced on qualitative and quantitative data collection.
∎ Experience with a range of digital platforms (Kobo Toolbox, Mwater, Survey CTO etc.) for data collection, and management.
∎ Experience with USAID or other donor program monitoring and evaluation requirements is a plus.
∎ Experience to conduct capacity building sessions on MERLA for the field staffs.
∎ Familiarity with, and comprehension of, core concepts in inclusive education, early reading, or teacher training preferred
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural environment
∎ Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
∎ Fluent written and spoken Bengali and English
∎ Excellent coordination and organizational skills
∎ Strong interpersonal and communications skill
∎ Ability to work in a team environment
∎ In a month, 40% of the time is required to work in the field
∎ Skills and Abilities:
∎
∎ Operating a computer and other office equipment;
∎ Thinking, learning, and concentrating effectively and frequently communicating with other people, both within RTI and outside of RTI;
∎ Frequent local travel, conducting field visits to schools, government and partner offices;
∎ Ability to handle and manage multiple meetings frequently, and tight deadlines;
