Job Context:
∎ One Year Contractual Appointment (With Possibility of Extension)
∎ Start Date- As soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement/support project activities according to individual work plan and building on project set objectives
∎ To preserve and maintain all documents at data point and aggregated level in order to report for performance and process indicators,
∎ Collaborate with icddr,b and ACTB implementing partners of MEL Team on project monitoring.
∎ Enter MIS data on regular basis, data collection for project's regular and occasional studies
∎ Collect GPS data of different service points as per requirements of the project.
∎ Review, improve and/or develop training and work towards standardization of all M&E tool development.
∎ Organize and/or conduct training sessions as per individual work plan, including feedback analysis and field visit reports
∎ Provide guidance and support on programmatic issues to project team
∎ Organize and/or participate actively in regular team meetings
∎ Sharing the data and information in review meetings and display information in appropriate manners.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years' of experience in TB Control project or related Public health project.
∎ Must have experience in USAID Project implementation.
