∎ Master degree in Social Sciences/Statistics/Development Management/International Development or relevant field. Essential
∎ Post graduate degree . Desirable

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing and ensuring smooth function of M&E systems and processes at field level by covering associate grands and PNS with in the response.
∎ Quality assurance framework, context specific monitoring tools ensured for monitoring at project and field level.
∎ Ensured the monitoring data for semiannual and annual response reporting.
∎ Project level assessment / baseline survey established.
∎ Prepare the Terms Of Reference assessment, evaluation, and PDM with consultation of programme and sector leads.
∎ Review and provide feedback to MEAL reports from projects as required.
∎ Conduct data quality audit across the sector projects to ensure the quality M&E product.
∎ Ensured monitoring information were used to adjust the project interventions towards project objectives and captured in different
∎ monitoring reports and PDM.
∎ Establish systems for knowledge management/storing all programmatic information regularly (Maintain database for each sector, lessons learned log lessons learned log, updating demographic data, capture the stories (success and or failure) for the decision making.
∎ Intentionally carry out mini impact studies / case studies and or researches and disseminate the findings with the sector team.
∎ Working with the community and facilitate to develop the community led monitoring mechanism at project .
∎ Closely working with the community groups [working groups] and sector leads and brings update to the community engagement guideline in continuous basis.
∎ Disseminate the community led monitoring information to the accountability coordinator to update the response accountability mechanism
∎ Include and monitor the HAF and accountability indicators base on each project.

∎ Knowledge on the Rohingya refugee crisis and Response. Essential
∎ Understand poverty issues, development theories and holistic development. Essential
∎ Good training or facilitation skills. Essential
∎ Proven report writing skills. Essential
∎ Good communication and networking skills. Essential
∎ Ability to speak Chittagong/Rohingya Bengali, English both written and verbal is an added advantage. Essential
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation. Essential
∎ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in M&E and experience in Community Development experience. Essential
∎ Must be willing and able to travel in camp location five days in a week.
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camp. Staff is expected to live in his/her based location.
