Job Context:
∎ Association for Community Development (ACD) is inviting application from suitable candidates for a project titled "Developing Youth Capacity for Facilitating Community-based Program on Preventing Violent Extremism". The project will work for creating equity and social harmony through engagement of youth to initiate positive steps towards preventing extremism.
∎ Job Location: Shibganj Upazila, Chapai Nowabganj district

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL).
∎ Develop M&E plan and tools for project implementation.
∎ Track implementation of initiatives and ensure implementation of a regular planning cycle as of M&E Plan.
∎ Develop; manage participatory M&E tools.
∎ Develop reporting format/ template and ensure day to day monitoring and reporting for the project.
∎ Document the lessons learned and good practices and share with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Familiarize with data management and information management.
∎ Assist project team in community events and reporting.
∎ Capable of analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation and information flow.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years working experience with local NGOs, bilateral projects and different stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge and experience on supervision, monitoring and reporting.
∎ Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office specially Office, Excel, Power Point, Access, etc.
∎ Strong report writing skills to clearly articulate the issues of interest
∎ Knowledge of project cycle management
∎ Knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques
∎ Ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholder and project beneficiaries
∎ Motorcycle driving skill with knowledge on safety measures and valid licence

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
