Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community Development,
∎ Management or any other related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ -Design monitoring system or assist Project Managers in designing monitoring system
∎ - Interpret logical framework or any other project documents
∎ -Design baseline, midterm, or evaluation of the project with consultants or consulting firms hired or donors or Executive Board along with Project Manager in performing works related to monitor, baseline, midterm or evaluation of any term or nature
∎ -Produce programmatic information or assist in producing information senior management and for timely management decision making
∎ -Assist or participate in project report preparation and perform necessary analysis or synthesis of information or data for report preparation and / or review report produced by Project Manager
∎ -Produce presentation of project / program information and project proposals designed for submission to donors
∎ -Participate in project proposal preparation for any or all donors
∎ -Preserve and maintain any or all information in the form of written report, presentations of programmatic information or database of the project
∎ -Revive, retrieve or re-produce past reports, presentations or database and organize them for effective use of information or data therein
∎ -Comply with Bangladesh law and follow all Canada procedures, compliance and documentation requirements
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Professional fluency in English - both written and verbal.
∎ -Able to undertake travel as required.
∎ -Police clearance certificates.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 69300 (Monthly)
