Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited from the candidates of Chattogram and Cox`s Bazar districts.
∎ The project is for 06 month starting from November 1, 2021 with possibility for further extension for long time.
∎ Working experience with Rohingya response will be preferred.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time; 6 month contract, renewable based upon satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead project team in the development and implementation of M&E system and oversee routine program monitoring activities. Ensure the quality and relevance of the project's monitoring and evaluation design.
∎ Utilize the Collaborative, Learning and Adapting Approach to continually assess project progress and inform project management.
∎ Ensure quality of M&E related data to be collected throughout the program implementation.
∎ Participate in the preparation and facilitation of informational meetings.
∎ Document results of the M&E system and produce periodic reports required by the organization.
∎ Train staff in data collection methodology and in the M&E system, in general.
∎ Directly reported to the Project Coordinator and at the same time to the Coordinator-PME at BNPS Central Office, M&E Coordinator at donor entity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4-5 year(s) experience as M&E staff with reputed NGO and understand on local language, communication language on local accent (vocabulary) with Rohingya community.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Preparing M&E plan with output & outcome indicators (sex/age disaggregated), plans for sharing & using data, routinely data collection, analysis and discussion with management, staff, stakeholders, and the community. Appropriate data collection and management methods, collection of necessary information, with sensitivity to context, diversity, safety, confidentiality and dignity of program participants. Preparation of result based monitoring framework, LFA, Monitoring and Evaluation report preparation on Baseline, Midline and End line data. Excel, Spreadsheet in computer and use of web-based real time data entry software.
Salary: Tk. 37000 - 38000 (Monthly)
