  • Qualification : Strong communication skill in English and Bangla both is required, Capacity to negotiate with government officials/ partners, stewardship of resources, transparency and accountability, Maintain a high morale with integrity and honesty.

  • Experience : 2 years’ Monitoring and Documentation and research experience in NGOs



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Preparing monitoring template for assessing progress according to Log frame.

  • Prepare monitoring data collection tools following log frame indicators and project impacts and design it on KOBO or other online toolkits.

  • Prepare event report, quarterly magazine and module of training.

  • Development of knowledge management products such as databases and reporting structures

  • Monthly, quarterly, annual and project end report preparation

  • Collecting case studies, design and organize FGD to measure the project impact/out come as well as documentation the best practices

  • Sharing and presenting monitoring related project progress with organizational management, central monitoring unit and attend central monitoring unit meeting.

  • Development of Video Content, Info graph (e.g., Canva, postermy wall) and Facebook page design

  • Collect and compile data and reports from project staffs and provide feedback to field staff as required.

  • Do regular Field visit for progress monitoring and data validation and prepare regular field visit report.

  • Preparation of a monitoring plan as well as produce qualitative and quantitative monthly monitoring report for the management and sharing with relevant stakeholder.

  • Assist in baseline survey; annual and mid-term evaluation; provide orientation to the staff on data collection and monitoring process.

  • Regular information management and share with PC, APC and ED.
