∎ Strong knowledge of mobile hardware and software systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures.
∎ Experience with diagnostic tools and software for mobile repairs.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
∎ Willingness to stay updated on the latest mobile technologies.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices, including hardware and software issues.
∎ Perform tests and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure functionality and performance.
∎ Provide technical support for devices, including installation, configuration, and updates.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends.
∎ Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Document repairs, troubleshooting steps, and service reports accurately.
∎ Maintain an organized inventory of mobile repair parts and tools.
∎ Offer technical guidance and support to junior engineers, as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all repair activities.
