Educational Requirements:
∎ The holder of this position must have a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business / Accounting / Social Welfare / Computer Science any other related course from a recognized University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The MIS Officer is responsible for leading operations pertaining to the Cash Based Information Management and reporting systems, tools and products for the operations.
∎ The position demands regular reporting to various stakeholders in Information and Reporting issues such as consulting with the other sectors in CBI in the enhancement of information and reporting, and in addressing the other sectors’ needs in this area.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all the distribution (Cash) documents are correctly filed, available and ready for any audit; frequent field visit to assist in documentation and accountability.
∎ Maintain invoices tracking sheet and update & share with the management on timely basis.
∎ Ensure that all Cash losses and claims procedures are in compliance with the World Vision Partnership and donor requirements.
∎ Prepare new required formats and approved from DGDb and share with the team for project record keeping.
∎ Ensure timely submission of the replication and backups which include field reports, Cash reports etc. by 5th of every month for timely consolidation at the CBI Office.
∎ Liaison with line manager and ensure cash disbursement in process to beneficiaries are on time.
∎ Works closely with the field assistant,MEAL Officer and Project Manager.
∎ Participate in a forum of IT support staff for sharing common experiences and troubleshooting technical challenges.
∎ Ensure Monthly Reports are posted in the WVI Disaster Grants Database (DGDb) with in 18 of the following Month.
∎ Ensure Cash Transfer Monthly Report (CTMR), Cash Transfer Summary Statement (CTSS), required Cash Transfer Reports are generated and posted in the DGDb.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience working on Worksheets (MS Excel) and Beneficiary Database Management.
∎ Must have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with an attention to details with the ability to effectively present concepts to lay users in various settings and by various means (verbal and written).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills; Ability to consolidate information into visual presentations (factsheets, charts, graphs, tables); strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, management and ability to influence stakeholders.
∎ Must be able to work effectively with a diverse team.
∎ Requires the ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks.
∎ Must have a service orientation and very comfortable supporting end-users.
