Job Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling clients proactively for their migration processing, so that they can make an informed decision.
∎ The counselor must oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
∎ Confirming that all the information provided to the client is accurate and up to date.
∎ Preparing and checking all legal and non-legal documents.
∎ Guiding the students regarding their career decisions and helping them understand their potential and provide help to pursue their goals.
∎ Helping the students understand their skill sets and provide them with ways to utilise it.
∎ Providing information about the various colleges and universities and advising them about various requirements.
∎ Advising the clients on their problems and helps them to resolve it.
∎ Assisting the back-end to complete all relevant visa and immigration-related documents and ensuring that they are received within the time limit set by the respective government authority or agency
∎ To create and maintain an excellent personal relationship with clients and colleagues within the organisation
∎ To cope up with day to day and long-term business goals of the organisation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on Student / Migration counseling
∎ Applicants should have the ability to research new rules and regulation about student or migration policies and procedures
∎ Fluent in writing and speaking English
∎ Familiar with Office package and Internet
∎ Having a strong work ethic, motivational drive and experience at a marketing level
∎ Be target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Provide salary is above market standard.
