Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing in Midwifery degree
∎ Skills Required: Field Visit, field work under NGO, Medical Camp

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cervical Cancer activities, Experienced in conducting VIA test will get priority, Government health and family planning structures and its functions
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and examine women
∎ Develop, assess and evaluate individual program of Cevical Cancer care screening
∎ Identify high risk patients
∎ Provide counseling and advice before and after screening and tests
∎ Support and advice events such as high risk of cervical cancer
∎ Liaise with agencies and other health and social care professionals to ensure continuity of care
∎ And Participate in the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
∎ Providing information, emotional support and reassurance to women and their partners
∎ Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures
∎ Educate patients on health, nutrition, and family planning

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The ability to good communicate and clearly with a diverse range of women
∎ Caring, patient and calm when dealing with emotional situations
∎ The ability to react quickly and effectively in times of stress or when immediate decisions need to be made
∎ Strong team working skills to liaise with different medical professionals
∎ A commitment to equal treatment for all women, irrespective of their background or circumstances.
∎ Strong observational skills
∎ Flexibility and adaptability
∎ Ability to follow instructions and procedures
