Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must know Fluent speaking and written capability in Japanese language.
∎ Translating written statements in Japanese, English & Bengali.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Applicant will be responsible for after order placement to ensure that garments shipments are ready on time and in required quality.
∎ Execute pre-production and production procedures and activities.
∎ Act as the key contact point for suppliers, quality team and buying team for production management.
∎ Must have deep knowledge of all kind of fabrics & accessories.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Collect purchase orders and requisition for materials, goods & supplies.
∎ Shipment documents & shipment follow-up Provide verbal translation and interpreting support to merchandising department.
∎ Make the communication between Japan clients and Bengali employee.
∎ Explain the production process to the workers.
∎ Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all products.
∎ Assist the production manager in all area of production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and detail-minded.
∎ Good communication skills, hardworking.
∎ Make accurate & appropriate communication between Bengali employee and Chinese Employee.
∎ Good at listening, speaking and reading Japanese language.
