• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed institution 

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of woven products (outerwear, workwear, bottoms)

• Good understanding of costing and supplier sourcing

• Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite

• Proficiency in computer systems/software (WFX, ERP, Excel, etc.)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines· 

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Must have a deep knowledge of all kinds of fabrics & accessories, pricing, and quality

-Handle merchandising activities for outerwear, workwear, and woven bottoms

-Prepare and manage costing sheets accurately

-Source and develop reliable suppliers and vendors

-Coordinate with buyers, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow

-Monitor order status, production progress, and shipment schedules

-Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards

-Work efficiently using WFX/software systems for merchandising operations
