• Communicate and coordinate with buyers regarding product development, pricing, sampling, approvals, and order updates.

• Follow up with suppliers (local & overseas) to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, trims, accessories, and samples.

• Monitor sample development from initial proto to PP sample and ensure all comments are implemented correctly.

• Prepare costing sheets, price quotations, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing.

• Maintain T&A (Time & Action) and ensure all activities are completed within timeline.

• Follow up on production status, solve issues proactively, and ensure on-time delivery of bulk orders.

• Work closely with the production, quality, commercial, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Track shipment plans, booking, documentation, and ensure timely delivery as per buyer requirement.

• Inspect product quality during sampling and production to ensure it meets buyer specifications.

• Maintain strong communication with buyers, factories, and suppliers through email, WhatsApp, and meetings.

• Handle order tracking, inventory updates, and report daily progress to senior management.

• Build good relationships with new suppliers and buyers to create future business opportunities.
