Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines.
∎ Ensure proper procurement planning.
∎ Capable to plan monthly promotions with marketing and advertising team.
∎ Clear concept on show room display to maximize customer attraction.
∎ Material planning and coordinate with factory/supplier production planning & delivery schedules.
∎ Coordinate production requirements from merchandising till finish the products.
∎ Sound knowledge on latest Ladies & Gents Footwear designs & quality.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product and take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
∎ Able to work under pressure and anticipate quick solutions if any difficulty arises.
∎ Capable to negotiating prices, quantities and delivery time-schedules with suppliers.
∎ Sound technical Knowledge on cost saving tricks.
∎ Good understanding of safety rules, maintenance instructions, finishing, packing instruction etc.
∎ Able to establish representative product line with assigned categories to enable retail channel for achieving sales targets.
∎ Technically sound knowledge on leather & PU leather, Leather Accessories, Consumption & Pricing factors.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Represent the company on external communication with suppliers and clients.
∎ Make sure all raw materials and accessories are in house on time for production.
∎ Provide internal communication to bridge information from client to production and timely transfer of client's technical specification, requirement, queries to all related department.
∎ Sample follow up and coordinate with other departments related to orders.
∎ Managing levels and distribution of stock.
∎ Assessing sales performance of different ranges.
∎ Size Gap follow up with collaboration of Supply Chain.
∎ Any other work or report completion as directed by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience is must in footwear industry
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Must have computer literacy with good analytical skills.
∎ Graphics Design skills on Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
