Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure attractive and effective product display across all outlets
Arrange products according to planogram and maintain display standards
Manage shelf organization, product facing, and stock rotation (FIFO)
Set up promotional displays for offers and discounted items
Conduct regular store visits to monitor display quality
Adjust product placement based on sales performance (fast/slow-moving items)
Coordinate with sales team and outlet staff for proper execution
