∎ Qualification : Report writing both Bangla and English, Computer Skill and communication skill, Strong knowledge of mentoring skill.
∎ Requirement : Be an emotionally stable and mature person with a sincere interest in helping youth develop to their full potential. Be willing to adhere to all program policies and procedures.
∎ Experience : 2+ years of experience in a mentoring role in NGOs.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate field visits and organize living lab with Community Based Adolescents.
∎ Assessment and prepare the report of problems and needs of the climate migrant adolescents.
∎ Communication and networking with the ward local level stakeholders, local government agencies and elected representatives.
∎ Facilitate monthly adolescents’ groups meeting on non-economic loss and damages due to climate change impacts.
∎ Keep the supervisor updated on all necessary and important project processes and issues.
∎ Prepare and provide activity plans and regular reporting on project implementation progress.
∎ Ensure proper utilization and storage of office equipment.
∎ Ensure the project visibility activities as per guideline.
∎ Collection of project required information using PRA, digital survey tools.
∎ Develop case study about project success and failure.
∎ Support to develop non-economic loss and damage assessment methodology.
