Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের জন্য সুপারভাইজার এর দিক নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
∎ আউটলেটে ক্যাশ কাউন্টার পরিচালনা করা (ক্যাশিয়ার পদের জন্য)।
∎ গ্রাহকদের সাথে সঠিক যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে সর্বোওম সেবা প্রদান করা।
∎ গ্রাহক সেবা প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সর্বোচ্চ স্তরের গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ পরিকল্পনা অনুসারে পণ্যদ্রব্য সাজানো এবং প্রদর্শন করা।
∎ নিয়ম অনুযায়ী সঠিক প্যাকেজিং ও পণ্য ডেলিভারী করতে হবে।
∎ কর্মক্ষেত্রে পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্নতা সংক্রান্ত নিয়ম কানুন মেনে চলা।
∎ গ্রাহকদের অফার ও প্রমোশন সর্ম্পকে অবহিত করার মাধ্যমে বিক্রয় বৃদ্ধি করা।
∎ পণ্যের মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণের তারিখ নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করা এবং সুপারভাইজারকে রিপোর্ট করা।
∎ ওয়্যারহাউস ও সাপ্লায়ারের থেকে পণ্যদ্রব্য গ্রহণে সহায়তা (আনলোডিং) ও নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে রাখা এবং সেলভ এ সাজানো।
∎
∎ সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের জন্য সুপারভাইজার এর দিক নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী কাজ করা।
