• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Medical

• BSc in Laboratory/ Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Hospital, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• Candidates must be non-smokers.

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed diagnostic laboratory.

• Required Competencies:

• Proficiency in venipuncture and specimen collection techniques.

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.

• Knowledge of infection control and biosafety practices.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

• Basic computer literacy and documentation skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Collect blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other clinical specimens following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection safely and efficiently.

• Ensure correct patient identification and proper labeling of all specimens.

• Maintain specimen integrity during collection, storage, and transportation.

• Provide courteous and professional patient care during sample collection procedures.

• Follow infection prevention, biosafety, and waste management protocols at all times.

• Maintain accurate records of collected samples and related documentation.

• Coordinate with laboratory departments to ensure timely processing of specimens.

• Monitor and maintain sample collection materials, consumables, and supplies.

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of sample collection areas.

• Assist in home service sample collection activities when assigned.

• Report any specimen-related discrepancies or incidents to the concerned supervisor.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
