• Ensure overall health and safety issues in the factory.

• Conduct periodic health check-ups for workers and staff.

• Recommend and administer appropriate medications based on diagnostic findings.

• Take care of all health issues of the employees.

• Conduct necessary training for workers (first aid training,health & safety training)

• Provide age certificate at the time of recruitment.

• Prepare injury analysis reports and assessments.

• Monitor medical assistant and nurse.
