Job Context:
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose and provide evidence-based therapy for individuals with mobility, movement, posture, balance and physical development concerns. The selected candidate will work with clients, families, caregivers and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physiotherapy assessments of movement, posture, strength, balance, mobility, and functional abilities.
Diagnose physical impairments and functional limitations requiring physiotherapy intervention.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Provide physiotherapy services for pediatric and/or adult clients.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation programs where appropriate.
Provide therapy sessions using age-appropriate exercises, stretches, and activities suited to the client`s needs.
Educate and guide patients/caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, posture correction, mobility strategies and wellness.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes and periodic assessment reports.
Coordinate with physicians, other therapists, caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure a consistent care approach.
Maintain equipment and treatment areas in accordance with safety standards.
Ensure confidentiality, professional ethics and compliance with relevant guidelines.
