Responsibilities & Context:
The candidate will be responsible for:
Visiting diagnostic laboratories, hospitals, research institutes, and healthcare organizations for product promotion.
Communicating with customers and explaining product features, applications, and benefits.
Providing basic application support to customers regarding workflow.
Maintaining good relationships with existing customers and developing new customers.
Collecting market information and reporting customer feedback to the management.
Supporting product demonstrations, training, and technical discussions when required.
Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
