Experience:

• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Diploma in Medical Technology / Laboratory Medicine / Phlebotomy or related field

• 1 to 2 years

• Age 23 to 35 years

• Excellent communicator with fluency in both English and Bangla
• At least 1–2 years of experience in blood sample collection, preferably in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or clinics      
• Sound knowledge of venipuncture techniques and specimen handling        
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills     
• Ability to work with patients of all ages, including children and the elderly        
• Strong attention to detail and patient confidentiality
• Motorcycle driving license

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled, reliable, and compassionate individuals for the position of Phlebotomist. The selected candidate will be responsible for the accurate and safe collection, handling, labeling, and transportation of biological specimens, primarily blood, while ensuring patient comfort and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Work Location: Anywhere in Dhaka city·

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages·        
• Select appropriate collection methods and equipment (needles, syringes, tubes)·        
• Ensure proper patient identification and explain procedures clearly·        
• Maintain a sterile and safe environment during sample collection·        
• Label, process, and store specimens according to standard protocols·        
• Prepare samples for dispatch to the laboratory and ensure timely delivery·        
• Maintain accurate records of collections and patient interactions·        
• Follow infection control guidelines and ensure compliance with biosafety standards·        
• Restock phlebotomy supplies and maintain cleanliness of the collection area·        
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff as needed
