Job Context:
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Clinical Speech & Language Therapist to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for individuals with speech, language, communication, hearing, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. The selected candidate will work with clients, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of speech, language, hearing, voice, fluency, cognitive communication, and swallowing functions.
Diagnose communication, speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.
Provide therapy services for pediatric and/or adult clients.
Conduct dysphagia/swallowing assessment and recommend management plans where required.
Guide patients/caregivers on AAC, assistive technology, home programs, and communication strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, reports, and discharge summaries.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans accordingly.
Coordinate with physicians, educators, therapists, caregivers, and other professionals.
Ensure confidentiality, professional ethics, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
