• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma in Medical

• BSc in Laboratory / Diploma in Medical Technology (Laboratory) from a recognized institution.

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Hospital, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre

• Age At most 30 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed diagnostic laboratory.

• Required Competencies:

• Sound knowledge of laboratory techniques and diagnostic procedures.

• Ability to operate automated laboratory analyzers and equipment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) will be an advantage.

• Candidates must be non-smokers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and analyze patient specimens according to established laboratory procedures.

• Perform laboratory tests in Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, and Blood Bank as assigned.

• Ensure proper sample collection, labeling, storage, and transportation.

• Operate, maintain, and perform routine quality control of laboratory equipment and analyzers.

• Accurately record, verify, and report test results within the stipulated turnaround time.

• Maintain laboratory records, registers, and documentation as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety, infection prevention, and biomedical waste management protocols.

• Assist in inventory management of reagents, consumables, and laboratory supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory workstations and equipment.

• Perform shift handover responsibilities and report any critical or pending issues to the concerned authority.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
