Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to promote supplements to doctors and healthcare providers
∎ Build and manage a network of doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive product prescriptions
∎ Establish relationships with super shop chains (e.g., Shwapno, Agora, Meena Bazar) to place and promote products
∎ Collaborate with pharmacies and healthcare companies for B2B sales and channel distribution
∎ Lead product training, promotional activities, and sampling programs for medical professionals
∎ Design and implement marketing campaigns targeting both prescribers and end consumers
∎ Ensure compliance with DGDA and regulatory guidelines on supplements and labeling
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategy
∎ Develop KPIs and reporting systems to measure channel performance and sales growth
∎ Coordinate with internal teams on branding, pricing, and logistics to ensure product readiness
