Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will visit pharmacies for collecting order to achieve sales target assigned by the company.
∎ This position is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products to medical professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals.
∎ Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market feedback, and customer interactions.
∎ Achieve sales objectives through generating and encasing Rx & create new markets
∎ Exchange product information effectively to generate prescriptions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Proficient in speaking & writing (both English & Bangla)
∎ Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion, preferably in a similar role.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
∎ Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Proficient in using smartphone applications and software for sales reporting and analysis.
∎ A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary: Negotiable
