Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree and registered with BMDC (MPH preferable).
Job Context:
∎ Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in 13 districts (Netrakona, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Jamalpur, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Chapai Nawabganj, Faridpur, Gopalganj, Madaripur, Rajbari and Shariatpur) of Bangladesh is currently looking to fill up the following positions.
∎ Posting place: Rajshahi project office at Upashahar, Rajshahi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision & monitoring of TB & Leprosy program with frequent field visits (3 districts covered by the project),
∎ Provide medical technical supports to clinic teams, liaison with local health authorities to produce reports and manage complicated cases during field visits,
∎ Help in planning, implementation management and reporting of the project activities etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum two (02) years experience in relevant field and/or area of health programme management.
∎ Strong leadership capacity along with computer skills; excellent communication skills,
∎ Fluent in English (verbal & written).
Salary:
∎ As per DF salary policy.
