• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS from a recognized medical institution; must have a valid BMDC Registration.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emergency medical situations.

• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

• Capability to lead awareness training and health programs.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector.

• Supervise and manage the medical team to ensure effective and efficient healthcare support across the factory premises.
• Provide general treatment and minor surgical care to workers, staff, and their immediate family members.
• Issue medical certificates as required, in compliance with company and legal standards.
• Conduct training sessions on occupational health, safety, and environmental hygiene.
• Provide initial treatment and management of workplace injuries and accidents.
• Organize regular awareness programs with workers on health, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent occupational injuries and incidents.
• Ensure strict adherence to the company’s health and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Support HR and Compliance teams with health-related inspections and documentation.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management.
