Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS from a recognized medical college.

• Valid BMDC registration is mandatory.

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Training/ knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety will be an added advantage.

• Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.

• Self-motivated, responsible, amiable and goal oriented.

• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.

• Provide primary healthcare services to factory employees.

• Conduct daily health check-up, manage first-aid and maintain medical records.

• Ensure compliance with national labor laws and workplace health & safety standards.

• Ensure physical verification of new employees before recruitment and issue age/ fitness certificate.

• Manage emergency medical situations and coordinate referrals when necessary.

• Monitor transmissible diseases, run awareness sessions and promote overall employee well-being.

• Support in compliance audits, H & S risk assessment & risk mitigation related documentation.

• Maintain stock and proper management of medicines and medical equipment.

• Lead & monitor the medical team (Nurses & Medical Assistants) and their activities to ensure medical facilities.

• Perform other duties as and when assign by the superior.
