- Clinical skills in emergency medicine are also required.
- Proficient in stress management, anxiety management and mindfulness.
- Excellent in patient/client focus, friendly behavior, and good team work & excellent inter personal relation.
- Extensive knowledge on medical record keeping practice.
- Computer literate (MS office).
Responsibilities & Context:
Check to see that employees have adequate medical care, health and safety facilities, social security.
Check First-aid box medicines are in place and not expired, if medicine expired than replace medicine.
Check the health status of babies in Child Care Centre.
All kinds of medical test for new workers (Such as height, weight, pulse, Lunge, Eruption of teeth, age, eye test etc. and prepare report.
Refer the serious and critical patients to Govt. hospital if required.
Oversee welfare activities.
Supervise the works of medical assistant.
Organize seminar on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out.
Recommend maternity leave of pregnant workers and staff according to Labour Law.
