Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper medical care for all employees.
Refer the serious or critical patient to respective hospitals, if required.
Supervise the job responsibility of paramedics and first aiders.
Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues in coordination with the factory counselor.
Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out Train employees regarding health related different issues Report to GM, HRM and communicate any health related issues
