Experience:

• At most 3 years

• DMF with BMDC registration.

• At most 3 years

• Basic computer skill.

• Basic English language skill.                                          

• Ensure first aid treatment for employees as needed.

• Transfer patients to the Medical Officer or hospital, if necessary.

• Prepare DEPZ Hospital health card books for employees.

• Maintain the First Aid Box and check medicine expiration dates weekly.

• Keep updated records of maternity leave, pregnant workers, accident register, leg cards, BEPZA medicine usage, sick leave, and medical bills. Conduct regular follow-ups with pregnant workers.

• Ensure medical fitness certificates for newly recruited employees in coordination with the Medical Officer.

• Manage medicine requisitions, receive supplies, and maintain inventory records.

• Approve medical leave for workers in the absence of the Medical Officer.

• Monitor the physical health of childcare babies daily and report findings to the Medical Officer.

• Maintain record of  Health checkup twice in a year.

• Provide first aid training to designated First Aiders and newly joined employees.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Medical Officer or Management.
