Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capture high-quality images of university events, academic activities, student life, faculty engagement, and campus facilities.
∎ Coordinate and conduct photoshoots for promotional materials, brochures, website content, and other marketing collateral.
∎ Manage and organize a digital library of photos, ensuring easy accessibility for marketing and communication purposes.
∎ Produce engaging and compelling videos that highlight university achievements, academic programs, campus life, and special events.
∎ Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit videos for use in marketing campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to develop video content that aligns with the university's brand and messaging.
∎ Attend and cover university events, including commencement ceremonies, academic conferences, cultural programs, and sports events.
∎ Work closely with the Office of the Chief Innovation Officer to align visual content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to create cohesive and impactful visual narratives.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in using professional-grade photography and videography equipment.
∎ Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
