Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute media-buying strategies on digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube) to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize ad spending within budget to achieve the highest ROI, continuously adjusting bids, placements, and creative assets.
  • Negotiate with media vendors, secure favorable ad rates, and ensure optimal ad placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA), and implement optimization strategies to enhance results.
  • Generate regular reports on media performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement to the marketing team.
  • Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email marketing, and social media.
  • Develop and test lead generation funnels, landing pages, and forms to maximize conversion rates and lower cost-per-lead.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, segment leads effectively, and tailor campaigns to resonate with specific customer needs and pain points.
  • Use marketing automation tools to track, nurture, and qualify leads through customized workflows.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-effectiveness, providingactionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Generate reports on media and lead generation efforts, providing insights and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.
