Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters preferably in Social Science/ Public Health/ Development Studies/ Environmental Education/ Urban Planning/ Sociology or any other relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Set up and ensure implementation of M&E system at field level in data collection, data analysis and report generation, and preparing progress reports.
∎ 2. To preserve and maintain all documents at data point and aggregated level in order to report for performance and process indicators,
∎ 3. Provide guidance and support to organization with regard to M&E.
∎ 4. Undertake and document regular monitoring visits to project areas and prepare report for supervisor
∎ 5. Ensure systematic cross /spot check and triangulation of data to ensure validity, reliability, timeliness and quality of all data.
∎ 6. Develop and maintain a Project monitoring data base.
∎ 7. Ensure reception of quality and timely monthly progress reports from implementing HEED Bangladesh part and compile project progress report in English to Project Field Coordinator.
∎ 8. Develop/organize feedback mechanism for beneficiaries through meetings, regular focus group discussions, etc. to assess impact and quality of activities.
∎ 9. Provide training of project personnel in using the different methods and tools to KOICA project staff
∎ 10. Assist in compiling and documenting lessons learned and other special reports.
∎ 11. Assist and actively participate in project planning, assessments/ evaluations.
∎ 12. Serve as member on the Project implementation Monitoring & Evaluation team along with Habitat for Humanity
∎ 13. Participate in special M & E events e.g. survey, workshop
∎ Project Implementation:
∎ 14. Implement/support project activities according to individual work plan and building on project set objectives
∎ 15. To preserve and maintain all documents at data point and aggregated level in order to report for performance and process indicators,
∎ 16. Enter MIS data on regular basis
∎ 17. Collect data for regular and occasional studies
∎ 18. Collect GPS data of different service points
∎ 19. Review, improve and/or develop training and IEC material and work towards standardization of all material developed
∎ 20. Organize and/or conduct training sessions as per individual work plan, including feedback analysis and post-training reports
∎ 21. Provide guidance and support on programmatic issues
∎ 22. Organize and/or participate actively in regular team meetings
∎ 23. Sharing the data and information in review meetings and display information in appropriate manners.
∎ 24. Other duties as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the design and implementation of MEAL in projects implemented by National / International NGOs, UN bodies and/or Government
∎ 2. Experience using quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods, mixed methods, and M&E practices to answer program evaluation and other applicable questions.
∎ 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills (in constructive negotiations) in all areas (internal and external), active listening skills - English and Bangla
∎ 4. Good analytical skills
∎ 5. Good experience in designing tools for data collection, analysis, and production of reports
∎ 6. Excellent skills of IT tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc and good knowledge of KoBo SPSS, Stata, QGIS, toolbox, etc. and good experience in using databases.
