Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in social science, development studies, mass communication or any relevant subject from recognized University.

Job Context:
∎ Bangladesh Institute of Theatre Arts (BITA) is an NGO committed to the national development through the improvement of cultural heritage of disadvantaged population.
∎ This organization will continue work with the aim of development, promotion of education, promotion, progress and enrichment of folk culture among the different populations especially the poor population through preserving Bangladesh`s rich but almost extinct cultural heritage, developing cultural standards and different application of ‘performing arts’.
∎ BITA is looking a suitable candidate for the post of MEAL (Monitoring, evaluation, accountability & Learning) Officer of the project staffs of the program titled ‘’Strengthening resilience and social cohesion of Rohingya and host communities in Cox`s Bazar through integrated social services and improved livelihoods’’ supported by Save the Children Bangladesh at Ukhiya and Teknaf Upazila in Cox’s Bazar District.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ least 3- 7 years monitoring & evaluation experiences on development project.
∎ 2. Basis program understanding on Child protection program.
∎ 3. Skill of assist to data/ information collection, formulation, analysis and share to relevant stakeholders & organization.
∎ 4. Excellent community skill in English is required.
∎ 5. Adequate experiences of quality of process documentation.
∎ 6. Strong IT skills, including MS ward Excel, power point etc.
∎ 7. Sound knowledge on child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh special Child Safeguarding & PSEA Issue.
∎ 8. As per the PSEA & Child Safeguarding policy of this organization you will be ‘zero tolerance’ for any anti-harassment, financial corruptions, money laundering, gender base violence, Issue.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
