Experience:

• At least 2 years

MBBS or Master’s Degree in any discipline in any recognized university. Any third division/class or equivalent grade in academic career will lead to ineligibility.

• At least 2 years

• Experience: For medical graduates, minimum 02 years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health sector. For others, a minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field and/or area of health sector.
• Competency: Ability to lead and motivate teams. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks. Proficiency in data management tools and software. Ability to prepare clear, concise, and timely reports. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills. Sound knowledge in the health and social structures of Bangladesh. Ability to work independently and in a team. Capacity to work independently in the field with minimum guidelines. Maintain high morale with integrity and honesty.

• Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in different districts, is currently looking to fill up the following positions under the Stop TB Partnership/TB REACH funded Tuberculosis and Post Tuberculosis Lung Disease Project. The project duration will be 18 months.
• Responsibility: Project monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, Project activity implementation, recording and reporting data, supervision of field activities.
• Location: The post will be based at Mymensingh or Tangail district with extensive field visits.
