Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any Discipline (Statistics, Economics, Social Science will be preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify project activities in five pillars and cross-cutting activities e.g. communications, grants etc. in line with SUCHANA and train field team on M&E process;
∎ Quality assessment through regular monitoring of project implementation and reporting to District level;
∎ Coordinate with Upazilla Project Coordinator and other Union Level Coordinators, and project implementation team of SUCHANA to ensure the functionality M&E process;
∎ Support M&E process of the project for setting baselines of all indicators, monthly/quarterly reporting, impact and evaluation studies;
∎ Provide technical backstopping to field team of SUCHANA in program implementation, particularly capacity building, nutrition and IGA program implementation;
∎ Ensure that field team maintains required source documents in connection with project activities;
∎ Collect and provide necessary data and information for meeting the requirement of M&E system of the project;
∎ Keeping record of meeting minutes and prepare for dissemination;
∎ Prepare Upazilla monitoring report;
∎ Promote knowledge sharing through the project's operational intervention processes and systems among others;
∎ Strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across partners;
∎ Provide support for the establishing and nurturing of communities best practice including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting;
∎ Share experiences across communities best practice, business units and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge sharing, including preparation of case studies;
∎ Any other activities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 03 years professional experience in the relevant field;
∎ Sound knowledge in Monitoring tools and techniques, knowledge management, governance, child rights, community mobilization, community health nutrition, Upazila Parishad and primary education;
∎ Knowledge on Result Based Monitoring various assessments and analysis techniques;
∎ Fair knowledge on survey, assessment and research methodology;
∎ Ability to manage M&E database, including template design, data entry, cleaning, logical checks of monitoring data;
∎ Computer skill in SPSS, MS Access and Excel is essential;
∎ Good facilitation and presentation skills;
∎ Analytical report writing is essential for this position;
∎ willingness to drive motorcycle and make frequent field visit;
∎ Good command in English and Bengali (Verbal and written).

Salary: Tk. 24000 (Monthly)
