Responsibilities & Context: - Drafting email correspondence.
- Following up with the yearly calendar (e.g., daily and weekly schedules).
- Maintaining the MD’s agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Writing speeches, preparing memos, and creating documentation for the MD during various company events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and the annual company program.
- Providing secretarial support, including conducting market research, managing projects, preparing reports and presentations for board meetings, and taking meeting minutes.
- Keeping records of the MD’s office documents and maintaining an organized filing system with specific references.
- Arranging travel for the MD, including visa processing, travel planning, booking flights and accommodations, and preparing TNA as needed.
- Managing the daily cashbook of the MD’s office department.
- Overseeing the housekeeping and inventory of the MD’s office.
- Serving as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between the MD’s office and internal departments.
