• Fluent Chinese communication skills, English language proficiency is preferred;
• Bachelor degree or above, logistics management, supply chain management, international trade or related majors are preferred;
• Experience in international EPC project warehouse management or logistics management is preferred;
• Proficient in office software;
• Familiar with the local logistics environment in Bangladesh, experience in customs clearance of materials for international EPC projects, and familiar with various customs clearance processes;
• Familiar with warehousing and logistics management software, with good data analysis skills;
• Responsible for the logistics management of customs clearance equipment and materials, ensuring efficient and safe transportation process, and controlling logistics costs;
• Prepare inventory and logistics related reports and ledgers, and report warehousing conditions to the department director regularly;
• Assist the department director to complete the on-site reception and inspection of materials; responsible for monthly inventory counting;
• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and cross-cultural communication skills;

• Ensure accurate tracking, storage, and organization of materials and equipment in the warehouse, maintaining inventory records and minimizing discrepancies.
• Supervise the receipt, inspection, and proper handling of materials and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient distribution to project sites.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including space optimization, safety compliance, and maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment.
• Plan and oversee the transportation of materials and equipment to project sites, ensuring timely delivery while minimizing costs and risks.
• Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure accurate delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies in orders or shipments.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including training, task delegation, and performance evaluations, to maintain smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws while maintaining accurate documentation of inventory, shipments, and related activities.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to material shortages, transportation delays, and equipment damage to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
