Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Signet Enterprises Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Marketing Support Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our marketing support functions, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives, systems, and processes that contribute to the company’s overall business growth and brand effectiveness.
∎ The Position Marketing Support Manager is to organize the business assets – this effectively means
∎ a. Organize all the samples / production that have been produced as a company
∎ b. Organize all the latest fabrics that have been brought into the company
∎ c. Organize the trims in a presentable way
∎ d. Present in the showroom to help energize clients and staff
∎ e. Market existing business
∎ f. Create great presentations
∎ g. Organize the social media marketing
∎ h. Reach out to customers directly via the marketing team
∎ 🔎 Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Internal Marketing Tools Organize: a. Organize and photograph samples from the various departments (physical samples)b. Organize the showroom when clients visit our officec. Organize our fabrics internally and create a focused fabric library
∎ 2. Fabric and Trims Sourcing: a. Source interesting fabrics from fairs in Dhaka and overseas suppliers + add interesting fabrics from the existing Dhaka teams to support the fabric library
∎ 3. Develop Marketing Assets and Support Existing Teams: a. Prepare presentations and videos of existing products/factories to send to customers (would prefer to use digital channels to present rather than Powerpoint presentations) b. Send presentations to clients or sales associates in Europe to win business c. Support existing Dhaka and overseas teams with fabric and trims
∎ 4. Social Media Support: a. Social Media support (may engage a social media company and the candidate would feed the social media company with information about Signet to help Signet get higher in the Google rankings).
