∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead a sales team towards achievement of the organizational goal.
∎ Ability to guide and motivate existing sales team under his area.
∎ Supervise sales operation of assigned Sales Team.
∎ Implement strategies for sales product.
∎ Build new customer base to maximize sales.
∎ Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services.
∎ Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
∎ Analyze competitor's activities and set strategies to face competition.
∎ Will develop business & market.
∎ Any other day to day activities as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Should have knowledge about marketing of Soyabean Oil, Mustard Oil, Aromatic Rice, Atta, Suji, Flour, Salt, Tea etc.
∎ Experience in marketing at Narayangong area will be preferable.
