∎ Master degree from any discipline with having 2 years market system approach project implementation experience.
Job Context:
∎ AGRO INDUSTRIAL TRUST (AIT) is a pioneer and leading feed industry in Bangladesh. AIT was founded by board of trustee in the year 1988, with envision to provide quality products and services to enrich the agro sector of Bangladesh. AIT has adopted progressive practices, a dynamic management team, improved marketing techniques and modern processing in production facilities to improve its quality and expand production levels significantly. AIT already has satisfied with native market requirements of Fish, Poultry & Cattle Farming Projects. Now AIT is greatly looking forward to entering the Ready-Feed market to serve and compete with other existing Feed Manufacturers in the region as well as in the world.
∎ AIT is going to implement an innovative business model along with its existing distribution network in collaboration with WorldFish focusing the southern parts of Bangladesh. The project duration will be one year and operation head office at Dhaka, Bangladesh. To accomplish the project task successfully, AIT is looking suitable candidates on following position with relevant experience.
∎ Duration One year (March`21 to February`22)
∎ Report to Project Manager/Regional In-Charge
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select the dealers/sub-dealers following AIT standard, LSP and demo farmers
∎ Train up the feed dealer, LSP and fish farmer on aquaculture technology focusing BMP, nutrition and other cross cutting issues
∎ Ensure the feed sale and profitability of product, monitoring market trend and achieve the feed sales target
∎ Support market actors to conduct and facilitate farmers training according to target
∎ Collect all types of information and updates the project activities and report to PM as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Event organize, report writing and professional communication with relevant actors
Salary:
