∎ Good Knowledge Bangla & English.
∎ Skills Required: Customer Development, Customer relationship, Excellent customer service skills, Sell to Customer Needs

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Marketing, flat sales, Properties Marketing, Property sale, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's goal through Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, Database Marketing, Door to door Marketing and Tele Marketing .
∎ Respond to the clients query at office and over telephone & mobile.
∎ Coordinate with collection and Customer Service Departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Keep all relevant knowledge and information about the features of project
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Have the ability to work on sales of apartments independently.
∎ Execute the marketing and sales for achieving the organizational goal.
∎ Establish and maintain effective business relationship with existing and potential customers to reach the given target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Application should have experience Customer Data Collection.
∎ Renowned Real Estate company employee must be ahead.
